If you prefer not to hold your tea party at home, there are lots of other places you could choose to hold it:
- You could hold it at work or book your local community hall. Perhaps you have a local tea shop that would hold a special tea party.
- Your local church could be a great venue and maybe they could offer special behind the scenes tours.
- If the weather is nice (which it will be!), why not hold the tea party in the garden or the pavilion at your local park. The park would also be a great venue for the Teddy Bear's tea party.
- If you are a member of a local cricket club, why not hold your tea party at a cricket match during the interval and ask everyone to make a donation for their cup of tea.
- You could hold a Tea Party dance at your local town hall, and if your town is twinned with another town you could theme it around that country, for example a French theme with French-style waiters, cakes and flags from both countries.
